First Alert Weather Day: Heavy rain continues this morning

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – Multiple flash flood warnings are still in effect for our eastern counties until later this morning. Many roadways are closed or flooded in these areas, so exercise caution when driving. Storms begin to clear by 10 a.m.

A flood watch has been issued until 11 a.m. Sunday for the highlighted counties.

THIS AFTERNOON: Skies clear out as we head into the afternoon and temperatures will quickly rise. Highs will be in the mid 90s, but high humidity brings feels-like temperatures into the 100s.

A heat advisory has been issued from 1 p.m. until 8 p.m. for Butler, Logan, Ohio, Simpson, Warren, Muhlenberg, and Todd Counties. If you are in an effected area stay inside if possible, hydrate, and take frequent breaks when working outdoors.

MONDAY: Temperatures soar into next week with highs in the mid 90s and feels-like temps in the low 100s. Scattered showers are possible in the afternoon…
