The Rotary Club of Elkton’s fourth annual Firecracker 5K drew 98 participants on Saturday morning, raising a record amount of money for local students in need.
Despite early morning storms tracking through Todd County, race organizer Tiffany Groves thanked everyone who came out to support the cause, noting that a brief 30-minute weather delay didn’t dampen spirits.
