One of the United States’ oldest financial institutions is making its move in Chester County, signing a long-term lease that continues the resurgence of the Chesterbrook office market.
Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (BNY) has leased 42,000 square feet at 965 Chesterbrook Blvd. in Wayne, where it will occupy the entire second floor of the three-story building, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
