MADISON, Wis. — Madison’s latest “Housing Snapshot Report” reveals Black residents in the city face higher housing cost burdens and significantly lower homeownership rates.
According to the Housing Snapshot report, more than 50% of white households own their homes, while less than 20% of Black households do.
