CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Charlottesville’s Historic Downtown Mall is days away from turning 50 years old.
As the mall is prepared for its anniversary celebration Friday, July 3, crews are putting the final touches on intersections that have been under construction since April. The project improved the brick and concrete on those intersections and was planned to be finished before the mall’s 50th anniversary.
