FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Two people were displaced after a fire that started outside a Fresno apartment spread into the attic early Monday morning, according to the Fresno Fire Department.
Battalion Chief Lawrence French said crews were called to the Crown Point Cascade Apartments near Perrin Avenue and Champlain Drive in north Fresno shortly before 2 a.m. for reports of a fire on a balcony or patio.
