Fish Taco has officially begun its very limited soft opening at its newest location in Gaithersburg, giving diners an early chance to try the restaurant ahead of its official grand opening on Wednesday, July 1. A first look preview video of what to expect is available below
According to signage posted at the restaurant, the soft opening schedule is:
- Monday, June 29: Lunch from 12pm to 1pm and dinner from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
- Tuesday, June 30: Lunch from 12pm to 1pm and dinner from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
The new restaurant is located at 12117 Darnestown Road in The Shops of Potomac Valley shopping center. During the soft opening on Monday, June 29, and Tuesday, June 30, guests can receive one free menu item per person during select lunch and dinner service windows. The offer is valid for dine-in only, while drinks and desserts are available at regular price. The family-owned restaurant is occupying a space that was previously home to an AT&T store and was later planned for a Wayback Burgers location that never opened.
