TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee man accused of abusing and killing his stepdaughter was in court Monday afternoon, trying to have a key piece of evidence against him thrown out.
Spencer is accused of killing 5-year-old Missy Mogle last year while out on bond, and his attorneys tried to have the evidence from his tablet thrown out.
