ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — An “out of control” 18-year-old Rockford man is in jail after allegedly attacking a police officer on Saturday.
According to court documents, Rockford Police officers were called to a home in the 2300 block of N. Court Street around 6:34 a.m. in response to a domestic attack.
