Pa. State Police to step up aggressive driving enforcement this Independence Day weekend

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police say they will be on the lookout for speeding, seat belt violations and child seat belt infractions this Independence Day weekend.

Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Troop M – Bethlehem said the official Independence Day Holiday Enforcement period will take place Friday through Sunday.

The safety initiative P.A.D.E.E.P (Pennsylvania Aggressive Driving Enforcement Education Program) targets drivers who aggressively drive their vehicle in a manner which is dangerous to members of the public, state police said in a news release…
