BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — An investigation is underway after a man was found fatally injured in St. Stephen on Sunday, according to the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office.
The initial report on the incident states that the coroner was called to Old Wing Road at approximately 3:43 a.m. on June 28 in response to a victim that had been fatally injured.
