JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) – The Charleston County School District is set to build two early learning center additions on James Island.
The centers will be built at James Island Elementary School and Stiles Point Elementary School and will serve a total of 500 students. Both projects cost a total of $38.5 million and will help the school district expand their childhood opportunities for young learners.
