SPRING TWP., Pa. – A chicken chain has had a change of heart.
Officials with Spring Township say Raising Cane’s has withdrawn its application for a restaurant in the Kohl’s parking lot at Paper Mill Road and Meridian Boulevard.
This would have been the chain’s first location in Berks County…
