CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – A local restaurant and at least one Virginia-based nonprofit are collecting donations and deploying resources to Venezuela following two earthquakes that struck the country on June 24, killing more than 1,400 people and leaving tens of thousands missing.
Both earthquakes hit less than a minute apart from each other, just miles apart, both with magnitudes higher than 7.
