WEEDSPORT, N.Y. — The Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man for damaging a victim’s vehicle during an argument.
The sheriff’s office said Joshua L. Locust, 37, of Brutus, N.Y., was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony, for the incident.
