STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in locating a 15-year-boy who was reported missing from Eltingville.
According to police, Kevin Rivera was last seen leaving his residence in the vicinity of Cheryl Avenue on Friday, June 26, at approximately 7:30 a.m.
