BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — Three months ago, a dirt biker kicked through the glass door at Hip Hop Fish & Chicken on Reisterstown Road after being told to wait 10 to 15 minutes for an order. Since then, riders have routinely crowded the restaurant’s parking lot, intimidated customers and twice forced the business to close early, according to the store manager.
On Sunday night around 7:20 p.m., nearly 200 dirt bikers descended on the Northwest Baltimore restaurant, drawing about a dozen police vehicles, according to security footage reviewed by The Baltimore Sun, and prompting the restaurant to shut its doors around 9 p.m., an hour before closing.
“Usually when they come, they make a lot of problems,” store manager Mohammad Abu Tameem said. “Sometimes [police] close the parking, so we can’t receive any customers when they come in here.”…
