BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man has been accused of throwing a brick at a window of the FBI Building in downtown Buffalo in June, the United States Attorney’s Office said.
Octavio Smith, 47, has been charged with depredation of government property. Officials allege that on June 25, Smith threw a brick at a window at the FBI Building; he was arrested by Buffalo police.
