4 New York residents accused of robbing N.J. spas at gunpoint

Four individuals from the Bronx and Brooklyn have been arrested and indicted on charges stemming from two armed robberies at spas in Edgewater, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced.

John E. Cesse Rosario, 24, of the Bronx; Fraylan M. De La Rosa Perez, 26, of Brooklyn; Brayan Perez Abreu, 23, of the Bronx; and Esther Rosado, 24, of the Bronx, face multiple charges following a months-long investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Edgewater Police Department.

The first incident occurred at approximately 3 a.m. on Sept. 25, 2025, when Edgewater and North Bergen police responded to a spa on River Road, according to a statement from the office.
