WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — Winston-Salem Mayor Allen Joines and Winston-Salem Police Department Chief William Penn Jr. came to the FOX8 Studio to speak with Julian Grace on the first week of the city’s “Youth Protection ordinance.”
Penn reports that there have not been any violations of the ordinance since it went into effect at 4 p.m. on June 22.
