MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Shelby County Board of Commissioners voted 8-5 Monday to approve a new $1.6 billion budget and a nearly two-cent property tax rate increase.
The Tax Year 2027 property tax rate is set at $2.702382 per hundred dollars of assessed value, up from the 2026 rate of $2.69.
