MURRELLS INLET, S.C. (WBTW) — The Murrells Inlet-Garden City Fire District is the first fire-based Emergency Medical Services agency in North and South Carolina to earn a national accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services.
This achievement signifies the district has met or exceeded the highest industry benchmarks for patient care, safety and operational performance.
