A limited-edition scratch ticket celebrating the 250th birthday of the U.S. will hit Massachusetts store shelves Wednesday — with a shot at a $250,000 prize.
The lottery ticket, called “MA 250,” will cost $5 to play and was named “in honor of Massachusetts’ contributions to our country’s founding,” according to the Massachusetts State Lottery. The ticket will officially go on sale July 1.
