LOVES PARK, Ill. (WTVO) — A woman has been charged in a hit-and-run accident that injured a pedestrian in Loves Park earlier this month.
According to court records, Cinnamon Cellitti, 48, faces charges of reckless driving and failure to report a crash after a hit-and-run involving a female victim in the 400 block of Clifford Avenue, near N. 2nd Street, on June 17.
