Driving the news: Cosmica’s bar license takes effect Wednesday, which means adults can order booze without food — but kids can’t come in the door, the Italian diner announced Monday.
- Meanwhile, Drunken Kitchen — previously a bar — acquired a restaurant license, allowing it to serve families starting this week.
