BOTHELL, Wash. — King County prosecutors said they have refiled aggravated murder and attempted murder charges against Henry Eugene Washington in the 2020 Bothell police shooting that killed Officer Jonathan Shoop and injured Officer Mustafa Kumcur.
Washington was charged Friday with aggravated murder in the first degree with a firearm enhancement, attempted murder in the first degree with a firearm enhancement and vehicular assault.
