LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A Las Vegas judge said a 2019 book by the man accused of orchestrating the murder of Tupac Shakur was allowed, denying attempts to suppress evidence in the high-profile murder case.
In September 2023, a Clark County grand jury indicted Duane “Keffe D” Davis, 62, on a murder charge for the rap icon’s 1996 shooting death. Davis has remained in custody since his arrest.

Michael Sanft, Davis’ attorney, filed three motions attempting to sequester the jury, and dismiss evidence including a 2019 book written by Davis and recorded interviews.
