Anchorage approves new operators for city-owned ice rinks

New management is coming to Anchorage’s city-owned ice rinks after the Anchorage Assembly approved new operating contracts for all three facilities.

The Anchorage Assembly has signed off on new agreements that will change who runs the city’s ice rinks.

Under the new contracts, a company called “All In 49” will operate Sullivan Arena. Meanwhile, Anchorage Community Ice Management will take over operations at the Ben Boeke and Dempsey Anderson ice arenas…
