Clarksville market clerk airlifted to Nashville hospital for stab wounds after alleged robbery

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A store clerk from Clarksville is recovering in a Nashville hospital after he was stabbed during an alleged robbery attempt on Tuesday night.

According to the Clarksville Police Department, officers responded to a stabbing call at the EZ Market on East Boy Scout Road at about 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday and found the store clerk suffering from multiple stab wounds.

Clarksville Police reported that the clerk’s wounds required immediate treatment, so air transport was arranged and he was rushed via medical helicopter to TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville…
