VINTON, Va. (WDBJ) – After serving his country for years, Navy veteran Ronald Parsons is getting support from his community in a major way: a new roof, replaced at no cost.
Parsons has lived in his Vinton home for nearly 50 years. He said the help feels overwhelming. “There’s no words for it… it’s a miracle,” Parsons said.
