WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A railroad crossing near the State Port in Wilmington had no working warning signals or gate arm for several days, Wilmington Terminal Railroad confirmed Tuesday.
Video recorded just before midnight on Monday, June 29, shows a train crossing River Road, south of the road’s entrance to the State Port, with no flashing signals and no gate arm to warn drivers on the road.
