EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — The Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) is set to open a new runaway truck ramp on Transmountain at 6 a.m. Wednesday morning.
It will be the fourth runaway truck ramp on Transmountain, but crews say it is the first mechanical escape ramp in Texas.
