A local restaurant group making a name for itself investing in and revitalizing beloved, historic local dining establishments can add another landmark to its growing portfolio: the restaurant at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden.
Westland Hospitality is collaborating with the botanic garden to reimagine its current cafe space as Flora House. Following extensive renovations, the new restaurant space will replace the Rock Springs Cafe, which has called the Rock Springs building home since 2019. Flora House is expected to open in the fall.
Chef Juan Rodriguez, a partner at Westland Hospitality and chef at their Magdalena’s catering and events business, will lead the culinary vision and catering for Flora House. Paige Rodriguez, Juan’s wife, will oversee event operations and guest experience.
