Two Harrison residents seriously injured in mid-Missouri accident

Two Harrison residents, including a teenager, were seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident in mid-Missouri late Monday night. The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) says the 14-year-old male was airlifted to Cox Medical Center South in Springfield and the driver of the car he was in, a 44-year-old female, was airlifted to University Hospital in Columbia. The driver of the other vehicle, a 39-year-old woman from Springfield, was taken by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach with serious injuries.

The MSHP does not release the names of those involved in motor vehicle or boating accidents.
