SEATTLE — King County Executive Girmay Zahilay and Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson are outlining a plan for the struggling King County Regional Homelessness Authority (KCRHA).
They say a joint plan will stabilize and reset the agency. Immediate steps will increase financial management and accountability, and help KCRHA comply with federal funding requirements.
