Middlesex Township Police charged Dru Michael Failor, 32, of Carlisle, after officers responded to an active domestic incident in a vehicle on June 28, 2026.
Police said officers located and stopped the vehicle near Wertzville Road and Bernheisel Bridge Road in Carlisle. Through the investigation, police said Failor assaulted the victim, causing bodily injury.
