Public health advisory issued for Fort Custer’s Eagle Lake due to E. coli levels

AUGUSTA, Mich. — A Public Health Advisory was issued for the bathing beach on Eagle Lake at Fort Custer Recreation Area on Wednesday.

The advisory, issued by Kalamazoo County Environmental Health, is due to E. coli bacteria, according to a release from the county.
