A Counterfeit $50 Bill And A ‘Water Pistol’ Just Landed This Florida Felon Back Behind Bars

POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A dispute over a fake fifty-dollar bill completely backfired on a Polk County man, landing him in deep legal trouble after police uncovered a major stash of drugs and a loaded weapon at his house.

Daniel McCall, 54, was arrested after he reportedly went to a home to confront two people with a gun. When deputies tracked him down and questioned him about the incident, McCall claimed he was only trying to collect a debt. According to McCall, the individuals had previously paid him for mechanical work on their vehicle using a counterfeit $50 bill, and he simply went back to get his money.

However, the two victims told a completely different story to investigators. They admitted to purchasing $50 worth of marijuana from McCall, stating they had no idea the bill they used to pay him was counterfeit…
