BRYAN COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – A former Richmond Hill Middle School teacher remains behind bars Wednesday after a judge denied bond at his arraignment on felony child molestation charges.
Rory Mooney, 67, is a former language arts teacher and sports coach at Richmond Hill Middle School. He appeared in Bryan County court for his arraignment and turned down a plea deal offered by prosecutors.
