WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas — A Pflugerville man was sentenced to 18 years in prison after a Williamson County jury found him guilty of indecency with a child, the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.
Daniel Rodriguez III, 41, was convicted on Thursday, June 25. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years. In addition to his prison sentence, Rodriguez must register as a sex offender for life.
The case began in October 2023 after a 9-year-old victim disclosed the abuse to their mother. The child reported that Rodriguez had sexually abused her multiple times and told her to keep it a secret.
