ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A 20-year-old man arrested as part of an October weapons bust at the Orton Keyes housing development has been sentenced to spend 3 years in prison.
Theron Starks III was one of three people arrested during an operation conducted by Rockford Police Gang Unit detectives on October 28, 2025, which saw authorities raid two residences within the complex, in the 500 block of Ranger Street and the 600 block of Score Street.
