Since July is National Ice Cream Month, I thought it’d be fun to spend the month highlighting some of my favorite local ice cream shops around the Treasure Valley. There are so many great places to choose from, but there was one that immediately came to mind for my first stop.

Their ice cream is incredibly rich and creamy, made with fresh ingredients, and somehow they strike that perfect balance where it’s flavorful without being overly sweet. You can actually taste the quality in every bite.
Whether you’re a fan of classic flavors or something a little more adventurous, it’s one of those places where it’s hard to make a bad choice. Personally, I am obsessed with the Cherry Chip, Pistachio Cream and the Blackout Brownie!!
