(WOODLAND PARK, Colo.) — The Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration returns to Memorial Park in Woodland Park on Saturday, marking the event’s 60th anniversary with a full day of family-friendly festivities.
The celebration begins at 7 a.m. with yoga and features food vendors, a beer garden, live entertainment, games, and family-friendly activities before wrapping up with the annual watermelon-eating contest. Organizers expect about 8,000 people to attend this year’s event.
