ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Two people were killed Wednesday morning in a crash at Potter Marsh along the Seward Highway that resulted in three vehicles in the water, closing the heavily-trafficked roadway for hours.
The Anchorage Police Department confirmed on its news site that the crash was fatal. An APD spokesperson told Alaska’s News Source that two people were killed.
The spokesperson also said around 2 p.m. that they expect the highway to continue to be closed for hours.
