RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – A celebratory ribbon-cutting held Wednesday marked the completion of a five-foot-wide sidewalk along Percival Road, as part of a Richland County Transportation Penny project.
The project included $4 million in upgrades and added a five-foot-wide sidewalk along one side of Percival Road, extending 1.4 miles from Forest Drive to Decker Boulevard.
