FRANKLINVILLE, N.C. — A large-scale mural is transforming downtown as artist Bobby Guff brings a sweeping tribute to history, community and endurance to the walls of Franklinville.
The installation, part of the broader Flags Across North Carolina project, blends imagery tied to the Revolutionary War era and a historic railroad that once ran through the town. The effort is designed to celebrate American identity through public art.
For Guff, the Franklinville piece marks one of his most ambitious undertakings to date.
