A section of Laurel Street in downtown Conway will soon be the site of construction as the City of Conway works on infrastructure improvements to the road.
Construction to the section of Laurel Street between 3rd and 4th avenues is set to start on July 6. During active construction, the affected part of Laurel Street will be fully closed.
To minimize the impacts of the construction on residents, visitors and downtown businesses, most of the work will be completed overnight between 9 p.m. and 7 a.m on Sundays through Thursdays…
