Food truck totaled after ambulance crashes into it, owner staying positive

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – A Richmond-based food truck was totaled over the weekend, after an ambulance ran into it while it was parked.

1115 Mobile Kitchen was getting ready to serve people attending IllumiNATION at the Virginia Museum of History and Culture on Saturday, June 27, when it was struck by an ambulance. The truck then moved at least seven feet forward and bumped into another car, too.

“We also had a special parking permit for this event from the city. It’s definitely confusing, but all I know is accidents happen,” Owner Henry Fletcher said…
