NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) – The City of Norman is applauding its residents for its year-round odd/even irrigation schedules.
Norman city leaders say that during the summer, temperatures often increase the water demand, leading to utility customers observing water usage.
“Norman residents are great at adhering to the odd/even watering schedule and we appreciate that,” said Chris Mattingly, Utilities Department Director. “Their support helps with sufficient delivery of water to homes and businesses – assuring quality water pressures are maintained and assuring we are in good shape to fight fires.”…
