Belton man arrested after threatening Denny’s worker over extra napkins

PECULIAR, Mo. (KCTV) – A Belton man has been charged with a felony after threatening a Denny’s worker.

Court documents filed Monday in Cass County charge Jack L Vaught III with unlawful use of a weapon, after allegedly threatening a Denny’s server with a steak knife just before 3 p.m. on June 29.
